I always admired Bert and considered him a Very Good Friend for many years.


Jones is a 1998 graduate of Woodward Academy, and a 2002 graduate of University of Georgia where he played football and majored in marketing. He has held office since January 14, 2013.

He is the longtime host of the annual Bert Jones Golf Classic, now in its 27th year, which has raised nearly $2 million for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
